He did an amazing job — he really listened to what I wanted and delivered a cut that looks clean, stylish, and easy to manage. Beyond his skills, Adrian is also a genuinely kind and friendly person. He made me feel comfortable right away, which made the whole appointment relaxing and enjoyable. The salon itself is beautiful — elegant, very clean, and with a great atmosphere. Experiencia fantástica: I was looking for a place to get a haircut online and found Elijah. I walked in and was greeted with great service and given a cut by Adrian. It was exactly what I was looking for.

Experiencia negativa: Llevo dos años cortándome el pelo con ellos sin problema, y hoy la mujer que atendía ha decidido que debía pagar una categoría de pelo largo cuando no es lo que tengo. Esas cosas no se hacen una vez hecho el corte. Han perdido un cliente.

Experiencia negativa: Catastrophic. I’m not the kind of person who leaves negative reviews, but this experience forced me to do so. I booked a simple blow-dry advertised from €60. Without any prior warning, I was charged €160, supposedly due to the length of my hair. No quote, no transparency, and on top of that a very poor blow-dry. Avoid.

Experiencia negativa: I was charged more than what had been originally agreed, with no clear explanation when it was time to pay. After that, I sent an email asking for clarification and was simply ignored. This is a business that clearly invests a lot in marketing to appear at the top of search results, but this attitude shows very little interest in looking after local customers. I left feeling quite disappointed, especially with the way I was treated after the service. ------------- Me cobraron más de lo que habíamos acordado, sin ninguna explicación clara en el momento de pagar. Después de eso, envié un correo electrónico para pedir esclarecimientos y simplesmente fui ignorado. Es una empresa que invierte bastante en marketing para salir entre los primeros resultados de búsqueda, pero esta actitud demuestra muy poco interés en cuidar a los clientes que viven en el barrio. Salí bastante decepcionado, sobre todo con el trato después del servicio.

It’s a culture/ lifestyle there and you can feel it the moment you walk in that you’re at the right place. Everyone there is nothing short of exceptional, but especially regards to (Chino, Jen and Alex).. they truly make this an art form, and they’re real for that. Definitively worth travelling to a different continent to know you’ll leave feeling and looking like the best version of yourself.. and they see it too. Received the VIP hair cut and overall have to say this is the best hair experience I’ve had yet (I’ve been to a lot of barbers).. staff is beyond friendly, barbers/stylist know exactly what they’re doing and couldn’t ask for a better service on my trip to Barcelona. Didn’t expect to have a personal favourite barber all the way here in Europe.. (from Canada). I know where im going for sure next time I’m in Barcelona.

On top of that, Chino has a great personality. He is positive, attentive, and genuinely fun to talk to. Experiencia negativa: I had a bad experience. I booked a 15 min appointment for my beard. At the end it took 1h!! But this is not even the point. They charged me 40€ instead of 20 because they added some extra without even asking (5€ for the hot towel). Then he told me we recommend to clean the nose hairs, I just said « ah ok » and he waxed it, and they charged 15 for that. On top of that it takes sooo long for nothing. I’m not even 100% happy, it’s not completely clean! Other than that, they are nice but I won’t recommend. I prefer my local barber who’s much cheaper and more skilled.

Fuimos sin cita y lo atendieron en diez minutos. Es un salón internacional, hablan todos varios idiomas. Ideal para el cliente extranjero. El precio es un poco más caro pero pagas por una atención personalizada en el centro de Barcelona.

The listed price for a women’s haircut was €50, but then they added €70 just to dry it (something that should always be included), plus an outrageous €60 just for washing. In total, €180 for a simple haircut, absolutely unacceptable. As a Spanish person, I feel genuinely sad and embarrassed that my friend was taken advantage of like this. It’s painful to see how some places exploit tourists and expats who trust them. This is not the real Barcelona. This kind of behavior not only cheats clients but also drives up prices for honest local hairdressers and barbers. Places like this create a fake, exploitative image of the city. If you want a proper haircut, go to your local neighborhood hairdresser or barber. You’ll get excellent service at a fair, transparent price, without being scammed.
