Experiencia fantástica: Ruben is one of those professional, old school barbers who uses scissors and a razor to provide one of the best haircuts that I have had. He did not rush and super friendly as well as able to provide recommendations on things to do and places to see in Seville and other cities. I did not have a reservation but walk-ins are ok though one might have to wait a few minutes. Earlier in the day is better.

El trato en todo momento muy amable, pero el peluquero estaba más pendiente a estímulos externos y conversaciones ajenas que al corte lo cual se reflejó en el resultado, que ha sido pésimo. Un corte nada favorecedor sin ningún tipo de sentido que me obliga a utilizar gorra hasta que me crezca. Puede haber sido algo puntual, debido al despiste de la persona que me atendió, pero por un precio de 35 euros, me esperaba algo justo, un resultado perfecto. ¿Barbería o barbarie?

Experiencia fantástica: I took a chance and showed up early one morning and they squeezed me in. Def try and get a reservation. My cut was super sharp. I don’t have as much on top as I used to and they were super attentive to take care of what’s there and send me out looking great. Sweet little shop with two pro’s! I highly recommend them!

I made an appointment for the next day and I was in and out within 30 minutes with a quick wash. Did a better job than my longtime barber. Very friendly to locals and vacationers. Very affordable. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Heerlijke klassieke scheerbeurt met open mes in Sevilla gehad. Heerlijk om achterover in de stoel te liggen en helemaal in de watten gelegd te worden. Deze barbier had nog de ouderwetse klassieke vaardigheden van het scheren. Je waant je zo weer tientallen jaren terug in de tijd. Werkelijk zo glad als een aal kwam ik uit de stoel. Vakwerk!! Hele dikke aanrader om hier langs te gaan.

Experiencia negativa: No sabe cortar el pelo encima es calvo y cuando le dije que me hiciera un degradado me hizo una basura no vayan encima te quitan los intestinos cobrándote 13,5€.Ademas le dije que me lo dejara largo y me lo dejó casi un buzz cut.

Malheureusement, c’est le pire dégradé que je n’ai jamais eu… Coupe beaucoup trop courte, dégradé pas bien fondu et pas rectiligne. Bref, plus qu’à attendre que cela repousse, je n’y retournerai pas !

Experiencia fantástica: I'm not an expert about barbershops places because I haven't been in one for the last 33 years, my wife use to take care of that job, but due to present circumstances, I decided to take the chance and went to get a haircut and beardcut. One of the owners (Ruben) received me and sat me in a 100 years old chair, he started putting all the garments they put you on nowadays and started cutting my hair (I don't have that much BTW) and did such a great job, a really professional one, good technique, good speed, old style razors and great skincare products. You can contact them and they'll give you an appointment and prices are really really good compared to the amount of time he took to finish the job. Don't hesitate to visit this vintage place and by the way, they nailed the name of the place, I can't believe no one else thought about using the opera buffa The Barber of Seville, or The Useless Precaution to name a barbershop place in Seville.

The barber was thorough, meticulous and took his time. My one regret is that I don’t live here…otherwise I would return often! What a wonderful place to visit!

Price is on par with most haircuts I've ever had in the US, if not cheaper. Very meticulous and thorough when cutting my hair. I "spoke" to him as best I could, showed him a picture of what I hoped for, and he went from there. I truly expected that he would rush through this American tourist but I couldn't have been more wrong! He was absolutely an artist and took his time to make sure it looked like I wanted it to.
