Experiencia fantástica: I walked in without an appointment on 16th Dec and was attended by a Peruvian barber, unfortunately I forgot his name, I believe it was Aldo. He did an excellent job on my skin fade. Very precise, clean work, and exactly what I was looking for. He was also very soft-spoken, respectful, and professional, which made the whole experience comfortable. Highly recommended great service and great skill.
Experiencia negativa: Honestly shocked this is a functioning barbershop. I went to use the toilet while waiting and it was beyond unhygienic and hair all over the seat, a random toothbrush left by the sink, and even a bacon packet next to the toilet. The sink itself was filthy. This isn’t just poor standards, it’s straight up unsanitary. If basic hygiene isn’t taken seriously in areas customers can see, that says a lot. Would not recommend.
Experiencia negativa: Genuinely so disappointed with the service provided and lack of attention to detail. The team seemed like they didn’t have a clue even though clear communication and pictures were clearly shown. I had to literally guide him. For the price of €35, it’s actually a joke.

We could cummunicate in english very well because i was visiting madrid and i can not speak spanish. even though he knew i'm just visiting madrid and maybe it's my first and last time but he was really patient and did a perfect job. i'm totally satisfied and i will go again next time when i will visit Madrid again.
